Evidence over opinion: ending the loudest-voice problem
Most product debates are settled by seniority or stamina: whoever has the highest title, or simply outlasts the meeting, wins. Everyone in the room knows this is happening, and almost nobody names it out loud.
We describe the lightweight research rituals that move a decision from the meeting room to the evidence: a same-day interview clip, a five-minute usability check, a simple before-and-after comparison that anyone can look at without a research background.
None of this requires a dedicated research team. It requires making evidence cheaper to gather than an opinion is to defend, which is what actually makes disagreements shorter instead of longer.
